Class of 61 FUNction
Watch this spot for our next FUNction!
We would like at this time to say Thank You to all who have
attended our FUNctions this year.
What started with 3 classmates in 2007 has grown to 28 classmates at the last
FUNction.
We had a great time at the Pizza Cottage in Newark talking about old times and
new times coming up.
We did have donations from the classmates, so we are going to try and find
another place inside during
the winter for another FUNction before warm weather is upon us again.
We would like to invite even more classmates to attend this summer and enjoy
time together.
Again Thank you all.
The only thing left to say is we had a great time. So Happy Thanksgiving , Merry
Christmas , Happy
New Year to all of you and yours and may next year be even better than this one.

Luncheon March 15, 2007
The first
lunch gathering, March 15, 2007:
We had a great lunch today. Our first NHS Lunch at 12:00 Noon all
that attended thought it was great and want to do it again so we set a Date of
May 3rd for the next one at 12:00 noon also, we had 9 classmates
there And we all agreed to get at least 2 more each to attend.
Those present were

Gene Henry- Judy Peck - Bill Snyder – Bill Linehan - Bill Smith- Bev Martin - Betty Freeman
Lunch was order and served about 12:15 pm and were there till about 2:45 pm.
All thought it was great and had a great time and also thought it was
a great idea to do it again quite often.
Well that is all the news for now so will go.

Newark:
We had 16 people show up for lunch Thursday. I t was great I sent
you photo’s

Marzano, Betty Freeman, Judy Wilson from Tenn. Bev Martin, Carl Barker, Bill
Linehan, Jane Shriner, Rick Price, Judy Peck, Betty Freeman brought her husband.
We think we might have a cook out at Bill Snyder’s Back yard next
time in July. I gave everyone a print out of the Newark and Columbus area and
they are going to try to get one or two more people plus themselves to come.
Everyone thinks this is a great idea and want it to continue and
grow and maybe once a month.
Not bad for three people starting something.

Get together was held on Thursday July 12th at Bill Snyder’s . We met at Bill’s on his
Front Deck.
11 People came and the B. Sh-t session began. We started about 1pm and went
on till about 4pm and all had a great time.
Lynn Miller had an idea as to how to make
money for our next reunion: Everyone donate something then hold an auction.
The next FUNction is in the planning stage.

17 classmates came to function on Sept 6th 2007.
No drunken brawls all had a great time and want more of the same.

To all the classmates that attended our Sat night Function we would like to thank you all for coming out.
We had a great time chatting about the old days and the new ones that are upon all of us now.
We will not be getting together again till after the holidays due to the fact everyone
will be busy during the holidays.
So from Jane, Gene, Bill, Jim we would like To wish everyone a great holiday and we will see you all next year.

FUNction November 13, 2010
STACY'S HOMETOWN BUFFET
833 S. 30TH ST
HEATH
This will be our pre-holiday FUNction and we will not have another FUNction
until Spring.
So please try to attend and also spread the word to other classmates that you
may know. Stacy's prefers that we have 20 or more people to use the private room
and to get our deposit returned. Keep in mind also that classmates from the
classes above and below us are welcome to attend. If everyone would bring a new
person it would be wonderful!
Unlike our other FUNctions, this one does require that you pay for your meal
when you enter Stacy's. The senior meal cost is $9.50. You may bring whoever you
would like with you as long as someone pays for their meal. Those of us who
attended last year had a very nice time. We can eat at our own pace, move about,
and talk all we want. :-)
This is our last chance to wish our classmates Happy Holidays in person. It will
be 2011 before we see each other again and less than a year away from our 50th
Class Reunion!
